Compulsory pre-primary education
Pre-primary education is compulsory for a child who reaches the age of five by 31 August 2022. He must attend a kindergarten in the municipality in which he has a permanent residence, and thus in a catchment school, unless the legal representative for the child chooses another, to which the principal will admit him if he has sufficient free capacity. The catchment kindergarten is intended only for children for whom pre-primary education is compulsory.
